Built 1889 to commemorate 100th anniversary of the French Revolution, the Eiffel Tower inspired George Ferris to create the Ferris wheel for the Chicago World's Fair. Twenty years later, Duchamp’s love of Ferris Wheels led to the first readymade which caused a revolution in art. Tours de Revolution is a Ferris Wheel made with Eiffel Towers, bringing this famous landmark full circle. Created for The Building Show at Exit Art, 2007 http://www.petereudenbach.com/video-
